One half carries the company name, street address, suburb and state and contact details, with design and drawn initials beneath; the other holds project name, project address, sheet name, the issue month and year, the scale noted at A3, and an architectural drawing number. A north point symbol sits alongside.
Good for small architectural jobs, alterations and additions, or any set where a full revision schedule on every sheet would be overkill.
