Landscape A1 sheet, ruled border, and a title strip along the bottom edge divided into a revision table and Status field at the left, then wide Client Name, Project Name and Sheet Name boxes, and a tight grid of Eng, CAD, Chk'd, App'd, Date and Scale entries at the right above the job number, drawing number and revision. A plot date stamp and a small ruler bar sit beneath.
