Description
One row of a revision block, drawn as a boxed strip split into cells for the revision number, the date and the revision text, then narrower columns for the by, checked and approved initials. Dimensions in the family editor set each column width and the depth of the row.
Use it where the title block does not already carry a revision schedule, or where a revision strip has to be placed and filled in by hand as issues go out.
