Description
A shaded 3D view of an L-shaped column, modelled as a single solid whose two rectangular legs meet at a right angle. It is fully parametric rather than a fixed section: each leg is driven by its own length and its own thickness, so one family covers anything from a near-square corner column to a long thin return. The preview is shown with the family's own type parameters open beside it, so the four dimensions that drive the shape can be read straight off the image before downloading.
Suits corner conditions, party wall junctions and lift or service core walls, where a plain rectangular column would either overshoot the wall line or leave a notch to be patched around.
