Description
Just the head of an arrow: two heavy strokes meeting at a point, opening back along a light shaft that runs out to the far reference plane. The barbs are tied to the overall length at a fifth of it, so stretching the family keeps the head in proportion instead of leaving a tiny arrow on a long line.
The symbol for showing falls on roof plans, paving, driveways, wet area floors, gutters and drainage layouts. Being line based, it is drawn in whatever direction the water is meant to run.
Another of the Detail Items, next to the curley bracket and break line symbol. A free Revit family download.
