Description
A section cut through a double glazed unit, drawn flat as 2D linework: two panes shown with fine horizontal hatching, an edge spacer at each end drawn as a crossed box, and the cavity left clear between them. Labelled dimensions run around the outside for the outer pane, the inner pane, the overall unit thickness and the drawn width, each one driven by a parameter.
Drop it into head, jamb and sill details, curtain wall sections and glazing notes, where the make-up of the unit has to be shown but a full window family would be overkill.
