Description
Cut through and drawn flat: a rectangle with a heavy black border and evenly spaced diagonal hatch lines running across the face, representing a brick in section. It is 2D detail line work rather than modelled geometry, so it stays crisp at detail scale and carries no weight in the model.
Handy for building up wall sections, sill and lintel details, damp-proof course details and any hand-built detail where individual bricks need to be shown cut, rather than left to a generic pattern fill.
